Kip & Co. Bed Linen

Kip & Co. Bed Linen

Ok, I have an addiction. It’s bed linen. I’m obsessed with nice bed sheets/doona covers to the point that it’s unhealthy.

We have a micro-cloud on our bed – best anniversary present to ourselves ever. And I have to constantly go through bed sheets to donate to vinnies, as our linen cupboard despite my wishing does not appear to be growing any bigger.

Enter, Kip & Co. and I think I’m about to cry. Their stuff is so beautiful. I’m in love with the crocodile sheets, doona cover and yes the pillow cases as well. They currently have free shipping on orders over $250. So if you’re looking for new sheets, pick me up a set too!

The Print Society Cushions

Our new cushions from The Print Society

Yesterday Eivind and I headed over to the Finders Keepers Markets at Carriage Works. I’ve gone to every Sydney market since we moved here last year and I do love them, albeit the crowds sometimes freak me out. Last time I saw these gorgeous cushions and regretfully didn’t pick them up so I was so pleased when I saw them there again (while chowing down on Eat Art Truck‘s awesome kingfish sashimi nachos!)

The Print Society is in Enmore and they have a great range of cushions, clutches and shoulder bags. I love that they make everything so close and that they’re in love with fluoro as much as I am!

At The Print Society, we’re addicted to screen printing. We have a particular penchant for hand printed textiles and believe that there’s nothing more satisfying than lifting a screen to reveal a beautiful, well crafted and colourful design.

At the moment they have a free shipping discount code of MERRYXMAS so if you’re stuck on gift ideas for someone special then definitely head over and take a look at their awesome products!

Fete Press goes Print

I think I’ve mentioned it before, but fete press is one of my favourite online mags. It features beautiful photography of even more beautiful styling and events as well as a few recipes and beautiful products.

Today I was so excited when I received an email saying that they’ve released their first print issue for pre-order. I jumped on and took out a 12 month subscription. If you’re interested you can find the issue pre-order here.

Scalloped Glitter Garland

I love parties and I love glitter. I also love scallops, both the cut, the seafood and the potato variety.

Given this, it was love at first sight when I came across this gorgeous gold scalloped glitter garland on etsy this morning and only $18! Loving it.

Summer Swimsuit

Summer is just around the corner! I personally cannot wait after a few Christmas’ in Norway (my boyfriend’s Norwegian, I’m not stalking Santa) and the fairly average summer last year.

Ever summer presents itself with the initial challenge of finding a swimsuit. I tend to only purchase one every year or two. I do love to swim but I don’t live in swimwear (if I had the body, I probably would). Anyway finding a swimsuit is a bit of a tricky passage. One between finding one with a style you love plus a fit that goes with what you’ve got not against it.

I also had a checklist in my head;

  1. I wanted highwaisted bottoms. I’ve missed out on this style last year and have wanted it for years even searching online retro stores to no avail.
  2. Had to be black or fabulous nothing in between would do.

So, in walks Gorman. If you’re someone that knows me offline you would know I’m a big fan of Gorman. The first gorman piece I bought was a bikini back in 2003, that is still in amazing condition and I still wear.

Lisa Gorman has an amazing sense of colour, and bold patterns which I adore! So it was no surprise that when I was looking for a summer swimsuit I checked out the gorman online store.

I went instore today to try on the one piece which I was initially going for but when I saw it in a two piece I could not resist! The estella swimsuit is an amazing bold leopard print that just screams fun. Her swimwear is amazing quality and a lot of fun.

There’s also $50 off of all pants until Sunday so if you’re looking for an excuse to get into gorman than definitely go online and check out the collection!

What’s everyone elses favourite swimsuit for this summer?

The Little Dröm Store

Yesterday I took a walk down to the post office to pick up a parcel, as you do, and I was so happy to see it was my new brooch from The Little Dröm Store. I love these origami brooches especially the fox!

The other pieces are equally as amazing.
